Shipping Information:Once your order is received it will be shipped from our warehouse in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada within 7-10 business days of receiving cleared payment. For overseas orders please allow 4-6 weeks.
Shipping charges are added to the net cost of your purchase using Canada Post to calculate approximate shipping costs.
All orders within USA and Canada use standard shipping delivery via Canada Post. If you wish to have your purchase trackable and/or with insurance, the cost will be US4.50 in Canada & USA. Please indicate this desire during the check-out process in the "comments" section, or email Anne Marie Evers with your request. This additional cost will be billed seperately upon confirmation.

Shipments sent outside of Canada may be subject to Customs charges; sorry, we have no control over this.
Return Information:At Affirmations Doctor, we stand beind every product that we sell. We 100% guarantee the products to be as shown and described. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return or exchange any item in its original condition to the address below within 7 days of the date of shipment for a full refund or an exchange. Please note the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
